Sandy Centeno is a spiritual director, guide, and healing practitioner devoted to creating sacred, compassionate spaces where people of all faiths and backgrounds can encounter the Divine and rediscover the light within.
She completed the Spiritual Direction Training Program in 2023 and earned a Master of Arts in Ministry in 2025 at Perkins School of Theology, SMU. A Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner since 2019, Sandy integrates holistic energy healing with Christian contemplative wisdom to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Before ministry, Sandy spent nearly three decades in education, teaching both English and Spanish to children and serving as a Montessori guide, nurturing children and families with compassion, curiosity, and presence. Fluent in both languages, she offers spiritual direction and healing in English and Spanish, creating spaces where all feel at home and understood.
Today, through Sandy’s Healing Haven — Finding Freedom Within, she helps others live with peace, awareness, and joy.
❤️ My Ministry of Spiritual Direction
My ministry of spiritual direction is a sacred practice of presence and deep listening, an invitation to pause, breathe, and notice how Love is moving within. I companion others as they explore their connection with God, the Divine, or the Sacred as they understand it.
This is a welcoming space for all faiths and all seekers. Together, we listen for what brings peace, meaning, and
healing. My calling is to help each person remember their inner light and live from that place of wholeness and grace.
