Kim Verriere

Trained Spiritual Director

Kim Verriere (she/her) is a lifelong Baptist (an expansive Baptist, you might say), who in the process of tumbling through faith deconstruction, landed smack-dab into her truest calling as a spiritual director about a decade ago. Having raised four now young adult children and founded and led an organization fostering the soul care of women for nine years, she now focuses on her spiritual direction ministry including one-on-one sessions, leading retreats and workshops, and facilitating milestone ceremonies.

Kim’s particular areas of passion and experience include faith deconstruction, the sacred feminine, discernment of call, midlife-unraveling, dreamwork and mystical experiences. She often works with seminary students and the LBGTQ community, and she welcomes those from all or no faiths.

Kim has an English degree with a minor in Religion from Auburn University, 1993, and her certificate in spiritual direction is from SMU Perkins School of Theology, 2021, where she also served on the founding board of visitors for the Baptist House of Studies.

Kim currently serves on the working Board of Dallas-based Spiritual Ministries Institute and on the Advisory Board of Retreat House Spirituality Center in Richardson. When she’s not active with those endeavors, she loves reading, traveling, and enjoying good food with her husband Leon, and still being mom to their four young adult children.

You can learn more about Kim and follow her work on her website: kimverriere.comFacebook and Instagram. For inquiries, contact her at kim@kimverriere.com or 972.365.0823.

It is my life’s joy to provide loving guidance to others on their spiritual journeys, helping to connect them with who they truly are.
