RH Wild Week April 21-26, 2025

  • Discovering Wild Spirituality

Creation is wild. There is a mystery in and around creation that is beyond what we can contain and understand. Despite all of our effort to know and understand, accepting Holy Mystery leads to peace and healing. This week of wild spirituality at Retreat House will bring prayer practices from different cultures and religions, a variety of ways to pray with art, sacred meditations indoors and outdoors with many opportunites to slow down, pause and be with the land.

  • Embracing rooted and grounded

Much of what we see and experience in daily life is what we notice and see above the ground. Wild spirituality invites the opportunity to sense what is beneath the surface, dig in the dirt and discovery roots, tunnels, hidden gems, and new life ready to break through. The gift of doing this exploration in community is contagious. You will welcome the affirmations that others see and experience in your discovery. Your idea of rooted and grounded will never be the same.

  • Meet Some of our Spiritual guides

Spiritual direction it taking a long loving look at what is real in life, seeking freedom from obstacles, savoring and celebrating with God to discover something new. Retreat House has invited a wide range of spiritual guides to help you explore new ways to be in relationship with your prayer life. Take a moment to get to know them and their wild offerings!

  • What is Calling Your Name

From a sip and sit tea gathering at Retreat House to a night labyrinth walk outdoors, to soul mandalas, soul art, soul baking and soul care, you can choose a mild-wild or a uber-wild experience. Check out our menu of offerings at Retreat House and area parks.
