Journaling for Joy
Journaling for Joy - Saturday, August 23, 10am-2:30pm
Facilitated by Nico
Journaling can be a wellspring of nourishment for our hearts, relationships, and spirituality—a bridge connecting our inner and outer worlds.
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of approaches through which we can engage our journals in new and surprising ways. We will go beyond the idea of our journal being a place to simply record the events of our day, and experience it instead as a field of possibilities.
Together we will explore practices that invite us into joy, self-acceptance, reflection, expression, compassion, transformation, healing, imagination, gratitude, creativity, and connection.
This workshop is for beginners as much as for those experienced journalers who want to explore new ways to enrich a long-standing practice.
