Join us as we approach the Summer Solstice, for our quarterly stillness retreat. Facilitated by Karen Hoffman and Sherry Ward, this special day will include contemplative time as community and individually, with opportunities to explore the role of water in our lives. We will create with water in different ways, in addition to nourishing ourselves with lessons from sand and sea. Refreshments throughout the day, including lunch, are included with registration.
