As Summer Turns to Autumn: An Evening of Sound, Art & Reflection
The changing of the seasons has long invited us to pause, reflect, and notice what is shifting within us.
As summer gives way to autumn, join us for an evening of contemplative practice that creates space to honor change; both in nature and in your own life. Through a deeply restorative sound bath and a guided creative art experience, you'll be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and give expression to what is emerging in this new season.
Led by artist and Visual Energy Curator Krista Miller, this gentle evening is designed for anyone longing to reconnect with themselves, the sacred, and the rhythms of the natural world. No artistic experience is necessary - only a willingness to be present and curious. Together we'll explore how creativity can become a spiritual practice, helping us mark transitions with intention and openness.
Whether you are entering a new chapter, releasing what no longer serves you, or simply seeking a evening of beauty and reflection, this experience offers a welcoming space to listen, create, and begin again.
