Join us on Wednesday, February 25 for a return to Contemplative Painting. Whether you’ve been with us in the past, or this is the first time, Lil Smith will be facilitating Soulful Art this month, with a focus on Contemplative Painting in the Artist Within space.

Every 4th Wednesday of the month, we explore in Artist Within. Whether it’s with paint, collage, other medium, and our own inner explorations, we have different facilitators each month, offering us new approaches to tapping into our artists within. We start with intention-setting, creative art expression and then reflection time if desired.

Due to popular requests, we have three options each month: Morning Session (10-Noon), Afternoon Session (1:00-3:00 p.m.) or you can join us for the full day - enjoining our Souper Soul lunch in between the two sessions.
