The central component of Bhakti, the yoga of devotion, kirtan (keer-tahn) is a heart-centered mantra meditation practice where we experience the Divine via sacred sound. Through simple call-and-response chanting, live music, and community connection, kirtan creates space for inner stillness, reflection, and spiritual connection.
After the meditation, we will have a short discussion on the practice followed by a vegan/gluten free dinner.
Bring an open heart so we can fill it up — no musical experience needed, come as you are.
