I believe each person carries a sacred story worth honoring. My hope as a Spiritual Director is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, listen deeply, and notice the movement of the Holy within your everyday life.
My approach to spiritual direction is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that we encounter God not only in traditional sacred spaces, but also through creation, relationships, questions, seasons of change, and the ordinary moments of being human. I offer a space where you are invited to come as your authentic self — bringing your joys, doubts, grief, wonder, and longing.

My work is deeply shaped by experiences in retreat ministry, outdoor spirituality, and community formation. I am currently studying Spiritual Direction at Perkins School of Theology and was a member of the Henri Nouwen Society 30<30 Cohort, a formation experience for emerging spiritual leaders.
Professionally, I serve with Retreat House Spirituality Center, where I support in communications, and storytelling through the Retreat House Podcast. My connection with Gilmont Camp & Conference Center began when I was ten years old, and the sacredness of Gilmont continues to shape how I understand belonging, wonder, creation, and community. Today, I continue serving Gilmont as a member of the Board.
When I’m not studying, creating, or facilitating sacred spaces, you can usually find me reading a good book, making digital art, spending time with family and friends, loving on puppies, or finding beauty in small moments, usually surrounded by something brown and cozy.
Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, deeper connection, or simply a place to pause, I would be honored to companion you as you listen for the sacred unfolding within your own life. I meet both in-person and easily available virtually.
