What if painting became a form of prayer?

Join Clay Brantley on the fourth Wednesday of each month for a day of contemplative creativity where poetry, images, meditation, and painting come together in a welcoming and reflective community.

The day begins with a morning session from 10:00 a.m. to noon, where participants gather for contemplative readings, guided meditation, and creative exploration before responding through paint. At 12:30 p.m., everyone is invited to pause for SouperSoul, our weekly community lunch of homemade soup, conversation, and fellowship around the table. The experience continues with an afternoon session from 1:00–3:00 p.m., offering additional time to paint, reflect, and discover what is emerging through the creative process.

Rather than focusing on artistic technique or creating a perfect painting, Soulful Art invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and allow creativity to become a spiritual practice. No artistic experience is necessary—only a willingness to explore, create, and be present.

Whether you've been painting for years or have never picked up a brush, you'll find a welcoming space where creativity becomes contemplation and every brushstroke is an invitation to deeper reflection.

All are welcome.
