Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

2 - 15oz cans garbanzo beans/cannelli beans

3 -5 cups veggie broth

1 cup orzo

1 - 28oz can diced tomatoes

4 garlic cloves

3 shallots (minced)

2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

1 tsp chopped fresh thyme

1 tsp chopped fresh basil

1 tsp salt

Fresh ground pepper to taste

In large soup pot, saute garlic then combine all ingredients.
